Theatre Of Leadership is the culmination of the lifelong purpose and passion of Yugan Naidoo and brings together more than 3 decades of experience as an Executive in the field of People Development as well as his passion for the arts as a writer, director and actor on both the stage and big screen.
Having been a donor and benefactor of many leadership initiatives Yugan has observed how it value lies predominantly in the academic pursuit of knowledge and theory transfer, if at all, and the consequent inability to bring about sustainable behavioral change to positively empower and engage the workplace.
PRAXIS according to Wikipedia is an ancient Greek word and is “the process by which a theory, lesson, or skill is enacted, embodied, or realized.” PRAXIS may also refer to the act of engaging, applying, exercising, realizing, or practicing ideas.”
