Inspired by the words of J Krishnamurti we begin the journey of understanding what makes us who we are and how our energy works for us or against us.
This enlightenment underpins the potential for the open mind and the craft of the stage through Praxis enters. “Praxis is the integration of thought and behavior. It’s the process through which an idea or a theory is enacted, embodied, or realized.”
By using the craft of the stage we achieve a congruency between our thoughts and behaviors and an integration between our intentions and our actions. When our thoughts and behaviors are congruent, we are much more likely to experience a sustained change in our lives.
This leads to a higher level of trust in ourselves. We develop a heightened level of discernment of our internal intuitive signal – that intuitive part of us that is always accurate and in harmony with what is emerging in our lives.
“Courage is what it takes to stand up and speak; courage is also what it takes to sit down and listen.”
Winston Churchill
